Adam Branson is an NYC-based screenwriter, visual artist, and educator.
As a writer, he pulls from his involvement and excommunication from a high-demand religious group to craft characters that grapple with the themes he has had to face and still faces:
dualities within identity
honesty in sexuality
the pursuit of validation and acceptance
learning what to keep from life experiences and what to let go of.
As a visual artist, he uses photography to infiltrate and celebrate, to interrupt and investigate the in-between moments — revealing or deceiving.
