VOLSET Foundation is a Ugandan-run, grassroots NGO which works to alleviate the suffering caused by HIV/AIDS in their community through education, counseling, testing and referrals.

VOLSET (The Voluntary Services Trust Team) coordinates the sponsorship of 70 orphaned children, they are in the process of constructing a home and school for children, as seen in this series of photographs.

Over 60 international volunteers have traveled to Uganda to work with VOLSET since 2004. They've taught in village schools, lead workshops with teens and adults on HIV prevention, worked construction on new school buildings, and counseled recipients of a revolving fund program to promote income generating activities in the community.
